Hands on treatment for all musculoskeletal pain: back, neck, shoulders, knees, feet. Muscle spasms, arthritic pain and more. It is quick and easy to book your appointment online. Evening and weekend appointments. If times displayed do not suit please call me.

Up to 60 mins: Initial appointments including consultation, assessment, treatment, exercises and a plan to move forward with. £70
45 mins: Book this for return appointments with multiple area complaints and/or if you wish to add pilates or rehab exercise into the session. £60

Pain Management and Health Improvement Program
This program is for anyone who is struggling with chronic pain or chronic illness. You may have chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, a cancer diagnosis, an autoimmune condition or just chronic anxiety. It is designed to help you with tools, strategies and knowledge to reduce and manage pain and health in every day life. During the program we look at factors that are affecting your health or pain such as stress, sleep, movement and lifestyle factors and create a bespoke plan thats designed to walk you through all the elements that may be increasing your pain or affecting your health and reduce them step by step. Coaching
As a coach and positive psychologist I can help you find yourself again. I help you to sleep better, reduce stress, overwhelm, and anxiety, create calm and relaxation, find work-life balance, improve your mind and body health, be productive, and reach your goals.
Coaching can help if you feel stuck. You’re not getting good sleep or are just generally running on empty but can’t turn it around. Pilates and Breathwork
Pilates will help develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. It can be beneficial to absolutely anyone just wanting to prevent back pain, improve posture, build core strength, and improve tone all over.
Breathwork is great for opening the chest and diaphragm, improving breathing and breathing to lower stress or increase energy.
I currently offer 1:1 clinical pilates for pain, core, and posture, or half and half Pilates and Breathwork sessions.
I also offer face to face classes for small groups in Felixstowe on a Tuesday morning. Please message for details.
